Kash Patel has been actively involved in posting or reposting criticisms targeting various public figures across political lines. These critiques often extend beyond policy issues, delving into personal attacks and insinuations of criminal behavior.

Patel's targets have included public servants, whom he threatened with a "constitutional guillotine," journalists, calling for the revocation of specific reporters' credentials, and members of Congress, whom he depicted being chainsawed in an AI-generated video featuring himself. Additionally, Democrats were labeled as "vindictive, evil, [and] vicious" by Patel. Elon Musk was also targeted at least eight separate times on Truth Social.

U.S. Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL), who serves as the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, expressed concern over Patel's conduct with the following statement:

“On Truth Social, Kash Patel has frequently posted or reposted attacks on Democrats and Republicans—including some on this Committee. The posts go beyond mere policy disagreements and veer into personal attacks, and they do not reflect the integrity we expect from a top law enforcement officer.”
