Census Bureau: 78.5 percent of people in Richland County were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 414,660 citizens living in Richland County in 2020, 325,678 were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 170,457 of those people were female and 155,221 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
