Town Hall Meeting: Wilson Boulevard Rezoning

County Councilwoman Gretchen Barron (District 7) is organizing a virtual meeting to discuss three map amendment requests for Wilson Boulevard in Columbia.

The properties up for discussion are:

9200 Wilson Blvd.

10013 Wilson Blvd.

Wilson Boulevard (55.2 acres near I-77)

This meeting will be on Zoom. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of County staff beforehand. Please watch this space for more details.

In order for Richland County Council to enact a rezoning request, an ordinance amending the official zoning map must pass three readings by majority vote.
