Senator Tim Scott, a U.S. Senator from South Carolina, addressed a range of topics in recent posts on his official Twitter account.
On September 21, 2025, Scott commemorated the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. He wrote, “Today, Americans come together to honor the life of Charlie Kirk and the powerful legacy he leaves behind. His vision will live on through his beloved wife, Erika, and the countless lives he inspired. As we continue to lift Charlie’s family in prayer, may they find strength in”.
The following day, September 22, 2025, Scott highlighted mental health and substance use issues affecting millions across the United States. In a post promoting his legislative efforts, he stated: “Millions of Americans face mental health and substance use challenges. My Occupational Therapy Mental Health Parity Act expands access to care by empowering occupational therapists to help patients recover and thrive.” The Occupational Therapy Mental Health Parity Act is designed to broaden access to mental health services by allowing occupational therapists greater involvement in patient care.
Later that same day, Scott extended holiday greetings to those observing Rosh Hashanah in South Carolina: “Wishing a happy and sweet Rosh Hashanah to all those celebrating in the Palmetto State!”
