On September 12, 2025, Scott posted about Ike Bullard, an 81-year-old gym teacher at Gregg Middle School. In his message, Scott stated: “At 81 years young, Ike Bullard is continuing to invest in the next generation as a gym teacher at Gregg Middle School. The following day, on September 13, 2025, Scott referenced Erika Kirk in a post that addressed the spiritual dimension of national challenges. He wrote: “‘Our battle is not simply a political one. The Working Families Tax Cut provides tax relief measures that allow teachers and coaches to deduct certain out-of-pocket expenses related to classroom instruction from their taxable income.
