On Sunday, March 23, former Cardinal Newman School standout Ashlyn Watkins’ current collegiate team the South Carolina Gamecocks won 64-53 against the Indiana Hoosiers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Colonial Life Arena, this was the first game against the Indiana Hoosiers during the championship.

Ashlyn Watkins’ hometown is Columbia and game position is forward.
