U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued a statement regarding the Biden-Harris Administration’s recent actions concerning the Supreme Court of the United States.

"Liberal Democrats want to make D.C. and Puerto Rico a state, eliminate the electoral college, and undermine the Supreme Court of the United States," Graham stated. "They will reshape any institution to make sure it performs for them, not the country as a whole."

Graham criticized the administration's proposed reforms to the Supreme Court, describing them as an infringement on the separation of powers designed to weaken the nation's highest court.

"The Biden-Harris Administration’s so-called Supreme Court ‘reform’ effort is a violation of the separation of powers and is designed to undercut the highest Court in the land," he said.

He further defended the current state of the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts, arguing that it has restored constitutional balance rather than posing a threat to democracy.

"The Supreme Court under Chief Justice Roberts has brought constitutional balance back to the Court. The Court is not a threat to democracy. It is a threat to out-of-control liberalism. I will wholeheartedly oppose these so-called ‘reform’ measures," Graham concluded.
