Richland County Offices, Drop-Off Sites to Close for Christmas Holiday | Richland County
Richland County Government offices and drop-off sites will operate on altered schedules because of the upcoming Christmas holiday. Curbside collection will not be affected.
To observe the holiday, County Government offices will be closed from Friday, Dec. 23 through Tuesday, Dec. 27. Offices will reopen for normal hours Wednesday, Dec. 28.
The County’s C&D Landfill also will be closed Dec. 23-27 and will reopen for normal hours Dec. 28. The Lower Richland Drop-off Center will close Dec. 23-25 and resume normal hours Monday. The Clemson Road Drop-off Recycling Site will be closed Dec. 23-26 and reopen for normal hours Tuesday.
The County’s Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport terminal will be open and fixed base operator services will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 25.
While offices are closed, residents can access many services on Richland County’s website: www.richlandcountysc.gov, including those by the Auditor, Treasurer, Assessor and other offices.
