Columbia Chamber Announces 2022-2023 Board of Directors

The Columbia Chamber is pleased to announce the 2022-2023 Board of Directors with the addition of fifteen new members.

John Griggs, Market Executive of Synovus, has been elected to serve  as chairman of the board for the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce.  He succeeds Jean Cecil Frick, Vice President of NP Strategy. Karen  Jenkins, CEO & President of KRJ Consulting, will serve as  chair-elect. Jenkins will be the first African American female board  chair in Columbia Chamber history.

New members joining the Chamber’s Board this year include: Dr.  Michael Amiridis, University of South Carolina; Brian Boyer, Boyer  Construction; Caleb Buchanan, Prisma Health; Bill Duda, Ogletree  Deakins; Terrance Ford, AT&T; Adam Jones, Jones, McAden &  Associates, LLC; Laura McKinney, First Community Bank; David Looper,  Furniture Services, Inc.; Lara Lott Moore, Lexington Medical Center;  Frank Mundy, Stewart; Anita Murphy, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union;  Brad Shank, Columbia Fireflies; Lindsey Spires Griffin, Bank of  America; Sanders Tate, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture; and Brian  Taylor, Miller Valentine Construction.

“The Columbia Chamber Board of Directors is made up of business  professionals who are passionate about our community’s future. I look  forward to leading this dynamic group as Chair during the upcoming year  as we work together to uplift and grow the region where we live, play  and do business,” said John Griggs.
