Census Bureau: More women than men in West Columbia in 2020

Of the 17,782 people living in West Columbia in 2020, 53.3 percent (9,470) were women and 46.7 percent (8,312) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Columbia Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 152. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,377 females and 1,561 males.
