City of Columbia: In-Person Services Suspended Today at Payment Center

City of Columbia issued the following announcement on February 8.

The City of Columbia Payment Center will be suspending in-person services today only, Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 3000 Harden Street.  The suspension of services is related to an emergency repair which has led to a disruption of services.

The Payment Center will still be offering the list of services below with drive-thru window accessibility during hours of operation until 5 p.m.

  • Pay bills for water and sewer, solid waste, and parking tickets.
The following in-person services have been suspended today only:

  • Water and Sewer
    • Establish new service
    • Reconnect service (disconnection of services have been suspended today)
    • Bill/account inquiry and assistance
    • Report Maintenance-related concerns
We apologize for any inconvenience caused as staff work to resolve the matter quickly.
