City of Columbia issued the following announcement on January 18.
The City of Columbia is accepting applications for the FY 2022-2023 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Grant Program. Funding from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is made available annually and the City estimates $1,545,513 in new allocation. Eligible activities in Columbia Eligible Metropolitan Statistical Area (Calhoun, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Richland and Saluda Counties) must meet the criteria as outlined in 24 Code of Federal Regulations Part 574.300. Applications are available as of January 18, 2022 at Community Development website https://communitydevelopment.columbiasc.gov/hopwa/ and applications can only be submitted electronically through Zoom Grants https://www.zoomgrants.com/zgf/City_of_Columbia,_SC/FY_2022_HOPWA.
