The Richland County Public Works Department is holding a virtual meeting to discuss an upcoming sidewalk project.
The County plans to install a 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along Spring Park Drive in Columbia. The proposed sidewalk will run from Longreen Parkway to Hobart Way, providing a safe pedestrian walkway and connecting to an existing sidewalk along Longreen Parkway. The project will include pedestrian curb ramps and new right-of-way acquisition.
During the virtual meeting, Public Works staff will speak and take questions from residents. Submit questions during the meeting via Zoom using the "Chat Box" feature.
