The Richland County Public Works Department is holding a virtual meeting to discuss an upcoming sidewalk project.
The County plans to install a 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along both sides of Greenhill Parish Parkway in Northeast Richland. The proposed sidewalk will run from Catawba Elementary School to the traffic circle at Upland Hill Lane, providing a safe pedestrian walkway and connecting the nearby neighborhoods and school. The project included pedestrian curb ramps and new flashing signs for a school speed zone.
During the virtual meeting, Public Works staff will speak and take questions from residents. Submit questions during the meeting via Zoom using the "Chat Box" feature.
