Richland County recently issued the following announcement.

The Richland County Small Business Relief Program can assist businesses of 50 or fewer employees for up to $15,000 in reimbursable expenses. This program is funded through a portion of Richland County's disbursement of Community Development Block Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the CARES Act.
