Cost of college was unchanged for all students at South University-Columbia

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at South University-Columbia, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

South Carolina students paid $17,014 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 78 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 7 students received grants or scholarships totaling $44,582 and 6 students took out student loans totaling more than $53,000.

Including all undergraduates (983), 665 students used grants or scholarships totaling $4.1 million, and 531 students took out $5.3 million in federal student loans.
