Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the LeGrand Institute of Cosmetology Inc

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the LeGrand Institute of Cosmetology Inc, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

South Carolina students paid $14,000 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 12 students received grants or scholarships totaling $53,060 and 9 students took out student loans totaling more than $44,209.

Including all undergraduates (29), 29 students used grants or scholarships totaling $101,201, and 20 students took out $88,368 in federal student loans.
