The University of South Carolina announced that its baseball team will have at least six games televised on ESPN networks during the 2026 season. Five of these games are scheduled to air on SEC Network, while one will be broadcast on ESPNU.
The Gamecocks are set to host Texas on Thursday, April 2, with the game starting at 7 p.m. and airing on SEC Network. Another highlighted matchup is against Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, on Thursday, April 9, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern and shown on ESPNU.
Four additional televised games will take place at Founders Park in Columbia. These include a game against Mississippi State on Saturday, April 18 at 1 p.m., Kentucky on Sunday, April 26 at 3 p.m., and two consecutive home games versus Alabama on Friday, May 8 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 9 at 1 p.m., all airing on SEC Network.
For the final weekend of the regular season when South Carolina plays Vanderbilt, the SEC Network has reserved four wildcard spots for possible additional coverage. The university also noted that every game of the SEC Tournament will be televised this year, with the championship match airing on ABC for the first time.
Fans can watch every home and conference game either through television broadcasts or streaming via SEC Network Plus. Non-conference away games such as those against Wofford and The Citadel will be available to stream on ESPN+, while the Sunday contest at Clemson will be accessible through ACC Network Extra. Streaming details for other notable games like the Saturday Clemson matchup and a game against North Carolina in Charlotte will be announced later.
South Carolina’s baseball season begins Friday, February 13, when they host Northern Kentucky with a first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m.; this opening game will be streamed live via SEC Network Plus.
