Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Friday, February 25, 2022 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) (EST)

Veterans, active-duty military, their families, and the community are invited to visit this mobile education exhibit. Interactive displays, short films, and shared stories will educate visitors about the service and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes as well as serve as a ‘welcome home’ station for Vietnam Veterans.  A special Vietnam Veterans Ceremony starts at 1 pm. This free event, hosted by the Joseph Kershaw Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, is located at the Wateree Veterans Park, 550 Hwy 1 South, Lugoff, SC.
