Ashley is an instructor who celebrates Health At Every Size and does not promote diet culture. This 6-week series focuses on easy, pain-free ways increase mobility by exploring fun exercises with a gentle approach. Whether you are on a fitness journey, or just need a little motivation to get out of the house, Ashley will guide you through a series of simple workouts to leave to you relaxed, refreshed and ready for more.
Due to concerns over Covid-19, class size is limited and mask wearing is required for those who are not vaccinated.
Class dates are as follows: March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4th and April 11.
