On Saturday, Nov. 22, former Spring Valley High School standout Jameer Reed’s current collegiate team the Benedict Tigers won 25-24 against the Wingate Bulldogs in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The game took place at Irwin Belk Stadium at 2 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Wingate Bulldogs in the tournament.

The Benedict Tigers’ next game will take place on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 1 p.m. at ASU Coliseum.
