WHAT: The City of Columbia Community Development Department and Office of Business Opportunities will be hosting their quarterly, All Access Columbia event. The sessions will focus on, ‘Resources for Small Businesses’ and ‘CDBG Grants for Your Neighborhood & Non-Profit Organization’. These events help develop strong and diverse neighborhoods by providing information and resources to citizens.
