“Back by popular demand, ‘Brown Skin Girl’ teen stage play showcases an amazingly talented all girl cast, tackling the insecurities of adolescence through drama, poetry, and music. Written by Vanessa Lynn and directed by Arischa Frierson and Tangie Beaty, ‘Brown Skin Girl’ breaks down the stereotypes and insecurities of teenage girls of color and empowers young women to walk in their truth. All girls of all colors should attend this must see, eye and heart opening production. Audiences will have four chances to see this talented cast of ten, Midlands-area youth perform. The showings are Friday, March 24th at 7:30 pm, Saturday, March 25th at 3 pm & 7:30 pm, and Sunday, March 26th at 3pm.at The PAC, located at 8907 Two Notch Rd, Ste F, Columbia, SC 29223. Tickets may be purchased at www.wow-pac.org/wowboxoffice. This show is great for the whole family with tickets ranging from $20-$25 and kids 4 and under are free.”
