Thinking about buying your first home?

If so, this workshop is for you! Learn about financial planning basics, applying for a mortgage, why you should use a Realtor, what is involved in a home inspection and what role the attorney plays in the home buying process. At the close of the event, you should have a good idea of what the real estate buying process is like and can confidently begin looking for your first home.

Come join the co-founders of the New Horizons Team at EXIT Palmetto Real Estate Services and the hosts of The Cola Guys: Real Estate for the Average Joe podcast David Kafitz and George Schodowski as they lead this workshop. Candice Bray from Guild Mortgage, Brian Hubbard of SC Inspection Pros, Andrew Montgomery of Bell, Carrington, Price and Gregg will share their expertise in their respective areas.

This workshop will take place on June 25, 2022 from 10am- 12pm at the Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce.
